Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes! In addition to Canada, we ship to the USA, UK, and Europe. If you would like to order from another country, please let us know and we will do our best to make our products available to you.
are your prices in USD or CAD?
Our prices will convert to your local currency based on your location.
Have your products been tested? By whom?
Yes. Every G’s equine product has undergone some form of testing, either through veterinarian-led trials, or clinical research studies at the University of Guelph.
Are G’s products licensed?
Yes. Our products are licensed through the Veterinary Health Products Program which is overseen by Health Canada. To learn more visit here.
Do G’s ingredients carry any certifications?
Yes. Every one of the ingredients used in G’s products are tested and certified. To find a full list view our certifications & test results.
Can G’s supplements be fed together?
Yes! As all of our products consist of whole food ingredients, there are no negative reactions recorded between supplements. Many of our products actually compliment each other very well! For even MORE information, refer to the ‘complimentary products’ section of the G’s supplement that you’re most interested in!
Should I be concerned about G’s supplements interacting with my horse or dog’s medication?
No. One of the best things about whole foods is that they are generally considered safe to feed. However, if you have ANY concerns, please feel free to reach out to us! And don’t forget to keep your vet in the loop- they will know if your horse’s or dog’s medication has any negative reactions when paired with whole foods.
What is G’s return policy?
You know your animal best, and adding something new to his diet can be tricky. We offer trial sizes and flavour samples to give you an opportunity to see how G’s products work before purchasing full sizes. We also use the honour system. If you are unhappy with your G’s purchase, please get in touch with us and we will help troubleshoot as best we can. We want you and your animal to be happy!
Where are G’s supplements made/shipped from?
We make every G’s product by hand at our shop in Duncan, BC! That is also where we package and ship from!
Are G’s products veterinarian approved?
Yes. In fact, many of G’s products are recommended by veterinarians! If your vet hasn’t heard about G’s, we would love to chat with them!
Where does G’s sourse their ingredients from?
G’s ingredients are sourced from local Canadian farmers where possible. Certain ingredients like Ceylon Cinnamon and banana are not able to be grown here, so we source them from reputable growers in their country of origin.
Are G’s products safe for FEI and/or AQHA (and other breed association) competition?
Yes, with the exception of Hedgerow. With all other products we ensure that G’s ingredients are approved and safe substances. Even the most miniscule quantities of banned or restricted substances can build up in the animal’s system, so every ingredient in every G’s product is tested for safety. How long has G’s Organic Solutions been in business?
G’s Organic Solutions was founded in 2016.
Is G’s Organic Soltuions associated with any big feed or pharmaceutical companies?
No. G’s Organic Solutions is family owned and operated- so much so that if you call us, you will be talking to one of the owners!
Can I call G’s to discuss my horse or dog’s health with you?
Of course. We are always here to help in any way we can, and we will never suggest that you try something that your animal likely doesn’t need.
You say that G’s products are human-grade, but can I actually take them myself?
You sure can! In fact, we take them ourselves. (Left over G’s Cookies are almost always on our desks here in the office.) If you are curious about ‘feeding instructions’ or dosage, just give us a shout!
I live outside of your shipping zones but I would like to try G’s products. Is there a way for me to get them?
Please send us an email and we will look into the logistics and legalities of sending our products to you and will get back to you!

Please take a look at our Retailers List to find the retail store nearest to you. Should there be no one in your area, you can either order online, or reach out to us with some of your favorite local stores and we will contact them about stocking G’s products.
