From an early age, Trista knew that she wanted to barrel race. She competes in high school rodeo and is also a member of the Lakeland Rodeo Association (LRA) and the Wildrose Rodeo Association (WRA). Her goals include competing at the Alberta High School Rodeo Provincials and Canadian High School Rodeo Finals, and hitting some pro rodeos, as well!
